2007 Looking Like a Strong Year for Dating staff
12/14/2006

A recent survey by a premier dating service found that 49% of professional singles worldwide plan to join a dating service in 2007. This number is way up from the 25% who answered yes to the same poll question a year ago.

"(The survey) revealed that in 2006 almost half of all singles focused on their career, financial situation and their health, but 2007 shows a shift in singles' priorities," said Alana Beyer, Vice President of It's Just Lunch. "71% of the singles we surveyed said that meeting someone new is their #1 New Year's resolution in 2007."

It's Just Lunch, a premier dating service for busy professionals with over 100 locations worldwide, surveyed 4,075 singles in the survey that produced these numbers.
